How quickly can I get my order?

Standard production is typically 7–12 business days after final approval. Timelines vary by box type, printing, and destination.

How do I measure the right box size?

Measure your product Length × Width × Height, then add clearance for inserts or cushioning, commonly 1–2 cm per side depending on the product. Custom Boxes Tech can help confirm sizing with your dieline.

Do you provide eco-friendly packaging options?

Yes. Options can include recycled kraft and paper-based materials, plus eco-friendly add-ons depending on your box type and availability.

Can I track my order after purchase?

Yes. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email or SMS based on your order setup.

Do you offer samples before a full order?

For many products, yes. Samples help you review structure, material feel, print quality, and fit before production.

What artwork file formats do you accept?

Accepted file formats include AI, high-resolution PDF, EPS, SVG, and PSD. Artwork should preferably be 300 dpi and fonts should be outlined wherever possible.

Primary vs secondary packaging — do you provide both?

Yes. Custom Boxes Tech can produce both product packaging and outer cartons depending on your requirements.

Do you offer design help if I don't have artwork?

Yes. Custom Boxes Tech can assist with structure, dielines, layout guidance, and print-ready proofs.
